1. LUPA NAK BUAT UJIAN CAP JARI

"SHAH ALAM (Aug 14, 2009)..Gobind pointed out that Khairul's hypothesis could not be proved by factual evidence such as fingerprints or footprints, which were not taken at the scene of Teoh's death or on the window sill where Teoh allegedly fell from.

"It is not easy to find a footprint at the window area, because the office is carpeted. Any dirt or dust would have already fallen on the carpet," said Khairul.

He admitted he failed to request a fingerprint test be done by the police. He said he did not have the equipment to carry out one himself."

2. LUPA NAK BUAT UKURAN KETINGGIAN

"Khairul also said he failed to take measurements of the height of Teoh's drop, or the distance of Teoh's left shoe from his body as "he had no measuring tape", but maintained that the shoe could have come off Teoh's body due to the force of the impact."

3. LUPA NAK PERIKSA KASUT UNTUK CHECK CAP JARI

"When asked by Gobind, Khairul said the possibility existed that the left shoe could have been thrown after Teoh's body to cover a homicide, and admitted that he "forgot" to dust the shoe for prints or order it done.

This drew anger from Gobind, who called Khairul's suicide theory one based on "non-existent facts" as he did not conduct checks to support his theory.
